This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Jeet Industries Inc. (we, us, or our) via the website located at www.Jeet.Industries (Website). This document supplements our Terms of Use, which is hereby incorporated for reference.

(a) Jeet Industries Inc. (Panama Company No. 155760678) is a duly incorporated company in the Republic of Panama having its registered address at Via Espana, Delta Bank Building, 6th Floor, Sute 604D, Panama City, Republic of Panama (“Jeet Industries”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and Website visitors. This Policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information.

(b) Jeet Industries adheres to Privacy Principles contained in Law No. 81 of March 26, 2019, supplemented by Executive Decree No. 285 of May 28th, 2021 and any other applicable privacy legislation (together, Privacy Legislation) and to the extent applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

(c) "Personal information" is information we hold which is identifiable as being about you. This includes information such as your name, email address, residential and/or postal address, telephone number, identification documents and number, electronic wallet address, IP address, business project particulars and information or any other type of information that can reasonably identify an individual, either directly or indirectly.

(d) Our Website is not intended for children under eighteen (18) years of age. No one under age eighteen (18) may provide any information to us, including on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under eighteen (18). If you are under eighteen (18), do not use or provide any information on this Website or through any of its features, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any blockchain identity or records related to you. If we learn we have collected or received personal information (as defined below) from a child under eighteen (18) without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under eighteen (18), please contact us at the email address nominated in paragraph (e) below.

(e) You may contact us in writing at support@jeet.industries for further information about this Privacy Policy.

2. Collection of Personal Information

(a) Jeet Industries will, from time to time, receive and store personal information you enter onto our Website, provided to us directly or given to us in other forms.

(b) You may provide basic information such as your name, phone number, residential and postal address, identification and proof of address documents, electronic wallet address, IP address, your business project’s particulars, and email address to enable us to send information, provide updates and process your product or service order.

(c) We may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, when you provide information about your personal or business affairs, change your content or email preference, respond to surveys and/or promotions, provide financial or credit card information, or communicate with our customer support.

(d) Additionally, we may also collect any other information you provide while interacting with us.

3. How We Collect Your Personal Information

(a) Jeet Industries collects personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us electronically or in person, when you access our Website and when we provide our services to you. We may receive personal information from third parties. If we do, we will protect it as set out in this Privacy Policy.

(b) Jeet Industries will use personal information only for the purposes that you consent to. This may include to:

(i) provide you with products and services during the usual course of our business activities;

(ii) administer our business activities;

(iii) manage, research and develop our products and services;

(iv) provide you with information about our products and services;

(v) communicate with you by a variety of measures including, but not limited to, by telephone, email, sms or mail; and

(vi) investigate any complaints.

If you withhold your personal information, it may not be possible for us to provide you with our products and services or for you to fully access our Website.

We retain personal information for two (2) years after our business relationship ends or last service interaction, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized unless legally required to retain it longer. You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

(c) We may disclose your personal information to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, legal proceedings or in response to a law enforcement agency request.

4. Use of Your Personal Information

(a) Jeet Industries may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities available to you. We may use your personal information to improve our products and services and better understand your needs.

(b) Jeet Industries may contact you by a variety of measures including, but not limited to telephone, email, SMS or mail.

(c) The kind of personal information that we collect from you will depend on how you use the Website. The personal information which we collect and hold about you may include: your name, phone number, address, email address, electronic wallet address, IP address, information you provide when you give feedback, information communicated with customer support, and personal information received from third parties.

(d) The Privacy Legislation defines types of information, including personal information and sensitive information.

(e) Personal information means information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.

(f) If the information does not disclose your identity or enable your identity to be ascertained, it will in most cases not be classified as “personal information” and will not be subject to this privacy policy.

(g) Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Legislation as including information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.

(h) Sensitive information will be used by us only for the primary purpose for which it was obtained, for a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose, and with your consent or where required or authorised by law.

5. Disclosure of Your Personal Information

(a) We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Personal information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the delivery of our services.

(b) If we do disclose your personal information to a third party, we will protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

(c) We may also use your personal information to protect the copyright, trademarks, legal rights, property or safety of Jeet Industries Inc., www.Jeet.Industries, its customers or third parties.

(d) Information that we collect may from time to time be stored, processed in or transferred between parties located in countries outside of the Republic of Panama.

(e) If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.

(f) By providing us with personal information, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the types of disclosure covered by this policy. Where we disclose your personal information to third parties, we will request that the third party follow this Policy regarding handling your personal information.

6. Hosting and International Data Transfers

(a) Information that we collect may from time to time be stored, processed in or transferred between parties or sites located in countries outside of the Republic of Panama. These may include, but are not limited to name, email address, residential and/or postal address, telephone number, identification documents and number, electronic wallet address, IP address, business project particulars and information.

(b) We and our other group companies, our hosting facilities, our suppliers, and our partners and affiliates have offices and/or facilities in various jurisdictions. Transfers to each of these jurisdictions will be protected by appropriate safeguards, these include one or more of the following: the use of standard data protection clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission which you can obtain from the European Commission Website; the use of binding corporate rules (if any), a copy of which you can obtain from us.

(c) You acknowledge that personal data that you submit for publication through our website or services may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.

(d) Where we transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we implement additional technical and organizational measures including encryption of data in transit, regular security assessments of recipients, and contractual safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission under Article 46 of the GDPR.

7. Security of Your Personal Information

(a) Jeet Industries is committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

(b) Where we employ data processors to process personal information on our behalf, we only do so on the basis that such data processors comply with the requirements under the GDPR and that have adequate technical measures in place to protect personal information against unauthorised use, loss and theft.

(c) The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us or receive from us. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

(d) In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within twenty-four (24) hours of becoming aware of the breach, where feasible. If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also notify affected individuals without undue delay, including a clear description of the breach's nature and recommendations to mitigate potential adverse effects.

8. Access to Your Personal Information

(a) You may request details of personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Legislation, and to the extent applicable the EU GDPR. A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. If you would like a copy of the information, which we hold about you or believe that any information we hold on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please email us at support@jeet.industries.

(b) We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Legislation or any other applicable law.

9. Complaints about Privacy

If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to email details of your complaints to support@jeet.industries. We take complaints very seriously and will respond shortly after receiving written notice of your complaint.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

Please be aware that we may change this Privacy Policy in the future. We may modify this Policy at any time, in our sole discretion and all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on our Website or notice board. Please check back from time to time to review our Privacy Policy.

(a) When you visit our Website

When you come to our Website (www.Jeet.Industries) we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, Website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.

(b) Cookies

We may from time to time use cookies on our Website. Cookies are very small files which a Website uses to identify you when you come back to the site and to store details about your use of the site. Cookies are not malicious programs that access or damage your computer. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies but you can choose to reject cookies by changing your browser settings. However, this may prevent you from taking full advantage of our Website. We categorize cookies used on our Website as follows: (1) Strictly Necessary cookies required for basic site functionality, (2) Performance cookies that help us improve our Website, (3) Functional cookies enabling enhanced features, and (4) Targeting/Advertising cookies for personalized content. You can manage your cookie preferences through our Cookie Control Panel, where you may enable or disable non-essential cookies at any time. We will always ask for your explicit consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device, and you can withdraw this consent at any time through your browser settings or our Cookie Control Panel.

12. Privacy & the Blockchain

A key feature of many blockchain technologies, including any blockchain on which Jeet Industries’ services rely, is the transparency and public accessibility of on-chain transactions. This includes but is in no way limited to your public sending address (“Public Key”) and any other information that you choose to include. Additionally, information stored on-chain may be public, immutable, and not easily removed or deleted and, in many cases, cannot be deleted. Your Public Keys may reveal information about you and this information can potentially be correlated now or in the future by any party who chooses to do so, including law enforcement. If you are unfamiliar with blockchain technology and its transparent and public nature, we strongly encourage you to conduct your own research into blockchain before electing to use our services.

13. Special Disclosures for European Users

(a) Jeet Industries will comply with the principles of data protection set out in the GDPR for the purpose of fairness, transparency and lawful data collection and use.

(b) We process your personal information as a Processor and/or to the extent that we are a Controller as defined in the GDPR.

(c) We must establish a lawful basis for processing your personal information. The legal basis for which we collect your personal information depends on the data that we collect and how we use it.

(d) We will only collect your personal information with your express consent for a specific purpose and any data collected will be to the extent necessary and not excessive for its purpose. We will keep your data safe and secure.

(e) We will also process your personal information if it is necessary for our legitimate interests, or to fulfil a contractual or legal obligation.

(f) Where we rely on legitimate interests as a lawful basis, we conduct a balancing test to ensure our processing does not infringe your rights and freedoms. Our legitimate interests include improving our services, preventing fraud, ensuring network security, and direct marketing where appropriate. We will always consider whether your rights outweigh our interests before processing on this basis.

(g) We process your personal information if it is necessary to protect your life or in a medical situation, it is necessary to carry out a public function, a task of public interest or if the function has a clear basis in law.

(h) We do not collect or process any personal information from you that is considered "Sensitive Personal Information" under the GDPR, such as personal information relating to your sexual orientation or ethnic origin unless we have obtained your explicit consent, or if it is being collected subject to and in accordance with the GDPR.

(i) You must not provide us with your personal information if you are under the age of 16 without the consent of your parent or someone who has parental authority for you. We do not knowingly collect or process the personal information of children.

14. Your Rights Under the GDPR

(a) Under the European General Data Protection Act, every European user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal information from us. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

• The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete any information you believe is incomplete.

• The right to be forgotten – You have the right to request that we delete your personal information.

• The right to use your personal information – You have the right to retain and reuse your personal information for your own purposes.

• The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

• The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

• The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

• The right to data portability – You have the right to request we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

If you make a request, we have one (1) month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us support@jeet.industries.

(b) We are active across the world. This means that we may transfer your personal data abroad if required to do so for the business and commercial purposes described in the Section above entitled “Use of Your Personal Information.” In certain cases, this may include transferring data to countries which do not offer the same level of protection as the laws of your country (such as for example the data protection legislation of the EU/EEA).

When making such transfers, we will ensure that they are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) or other relevant data protection legislation.

15. Additional Notice to California Residents (“CCPA NOTICE”)

This section provides additional details about the personal information we collect about California consumers and the rights afforded to them under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”).

For more details about the personal information we collect from you and the types of third-party cookies, if any, that we use, please see the Section above entitled “Collection of Personal Information.” We collect this information for the business and commercial purposes described in the Section above entitled “Use of Your Personal Information.” We share this information with the categories of third parties described in the Section above entitled “Disclosure of your Personal Information.” We do not sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) the personal information we collect (and will not sell it without providing a right to opt out).

Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information we collect (including how we use and disclose this information), to delete their personal information, to opt out of any “sales” that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

California consumers may make a request pursuant to their rights under the CCPA by contacting us at support@jeet.industries. Please note that you must verify your identity and request before further action is taken. As a part of this process, government identification may be required. Consistent with California law, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. In order to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester’s valid government issued identification, and the authorized agent’s valid government issued identification.
